Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll win strategically important new customers in the 1,000–5,000+ employee segment, confidently manage complex sales cycles, and help elevate our Enterprise and Strategic business to the next level - together with our experienced sales team. Along the way, you’ll position Flip as the leading solution for a new era of internal communications.

  • Own Your Enterprise Territory
    You’ll identify and win international enterprise accounts, build a high-impact pipeline, and drive complex deals from first touch to close.
  • Lead with Insight & Trust
    You act as a strategic sparring partner for C-level stakeholders as well as HR, IT, and Communications leaders. You guide multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and bring real value into the Buying Center.
  • Be the Flip Ambassador
    You deeply understand our ideal customer profiles, translate our value into tailored, tangible solutions, and position Flip with clarity and conviction.
  • Drive Growth, Together
    You collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop creative growth strategies and orchestrate a winning team across the buyer journey.
  • Sell What You Believe In
    You contribute directly to our company’s success - by living our values, sharing our vision, and embedding them in how you sell.

What you bring to the table

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on Mid-Market & Enterprise customers (1,000–5,000+ employees) and a strong track record in winning new logos.
  • You’re a true hunter - new business is your passion and strength.
  • You're known for consistently exceeding your sales targets.
  • You navigate complex buying centers with ease, collaborating with stakeholders from HR, IT, Communications, and the C-level.
  • You manage sales cycles in a structured and strategic way - using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • You’re fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills at the executive level (written and verbal).
  • You value face-to-face connection and are open to traveling for key team events, QBRs, or customer meetings.
