Systems Analyst (Platform)

About the position

We’re looking for a full-stack Systems Analyst to join the Platform (Web and Mobile) team and focus on a variety of tasks across the ecosystem, including user security: authorization flows (JWT, tokens), fraud detection, and secure personal account logic - from gathering requirements to ensuring safe and stable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders for various platforms (web, mobile)
• Break down tasks from the Product Owner into clear implementation items
• Design solutions to automate business processes with platform specifics in mind
• Define tasks for backend, frontend, and third-party integrations
• Prepare functional specifications, interface requirements, and API documentation
• Work closely with developers, QA, product designers, product analysts, a Security Engineer, and business users
• Present features to stakeholders, collect feedback, and iterate on the solution
• Test APIs and integrations to verify accuracy, stability, and compliance with requirements
• Support the testing and release phases to ensure systems run smoothly
• Keep all relevant documentation up to date in Confluence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst
• Solid knowledge of BPMN, UML, ER diagrams, and flow diagramming
• Experience working with REST APIs, Swagger, and Postman
• Confident user of Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io, and PlantUML
• Experience with databases, data modeling, and SQL
• Proficiency with JWT and antifraud systems is a huge plus
• English strong enough for technical and business communication
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication skills and flexibility in work processes

• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
