Allformance.com is a data-driven media consultancy and trusted partner of Google, TikTok, Snap, and Amazon. We are building a dedicated Marketing Measurement & AI unit focused on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Predictive LTV (pLTV), Causal / Incrementality modeling, and AI-driven marketing intelligence products.
Our stack is primarily based on Google ecosystem (GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI). This role is critical: the person will become the technical backbone of the measurement business line and grow into a future Head of Marketing AI.
Mission of the Role
Build and scale the ML foundation for marketing measurement products. This is not a pure research role. This is a builder + architect + team lead role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong Senior Data Scientist ready to step into leadership, someone who wants ownership, is ambitious enough to grow into a future Head of Marketing AI, and is comfortable working in a fast-growing, product-oriented environment.
Must-have Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) — Bayesian modeling preferred, LightweightMMM or similar
- Experience with predictive LTV / revenue forecasting models
- Strong background in regression / Bayesian models, causal inference, time-series modeling
- Python (advanced)
- Production mindset: Docker, Git, model deployment, MLOps principles
- SQL (advanced)
Strong Plus
- Experience with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI)
- Experience deploying models to production environments
- Experience building data pipelines with Data Engineers
- Experience in marketing analytics (ROAS, CPA, incrementality, attribution)
Leadership Expectations
- Ability to mentor and lead 2–3 Data Scientists
- Participate in hiring future DS / DE team members
- Work closely with Product & Commercial teams
- Translate business questions into modeling frameworks
- Explain model outputs to non-technical stakeholders
