Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and consumer trends.
• Support the Strategy team in preparing presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
• Assist with data collection, interpretation, and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to support strategic projects.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to the team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with data, and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and e-commerce industries.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
