Social Media Manager

We're searching for a Social Media Manager who believes in the future of web3, embraces creativity & risk taking, and thrives in team collaboration.

You’re a degen at heart, but also well organized & know how to manage professional relationships. You’ll collaborate with brands, businesses & creators in  web3, while  experimenting with new ideas & innovative marketing campaigns. Role Overview:

• Execute a social media and content strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations of community channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, etc.
• Manage and maintain social content calendars for these channels.
• Nurture and grow brand & creator relationships.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate social media with partnerships, business development, and support.
• Utilize social listening and publishing tools to maintain a vibrant and effective community presence.
• Analyze and optimize community engagement strategies for maximum ROI.
• Curate and manage a dynamic, data-driven content library.
• Refresh social media templates consistently to align with brand standards.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of web3 trends, news, and meta to post timely & trending memes & content.
• Drive engagement and growth through our various social channels: X(Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, and others.
• Manage content strategies with  creativity & analysis of data.
• Develop balance in  Rarible’s social voice as a leader in web3, while being in tune with "degen" culture.
• Quickly spot and leverage social media trends to position Rarible at the cultural forefront.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance social media synergy and community support.
• Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and additional platforms.
• Direct community management efforts, ensuring Rarible's voice stands out.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Established experience on Twitter, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Expertise in the NFT and web3 landscapes.
• Proficient in social media mechanics and diverse content types.
• Ability to brainstorm, ideate, collaborate, and execute social media & community engagement ideas, from start to finish.
• Experience using Notion for social media planning & collaboration.
• 3+ years in social media marketing, community management, & content creation.
• Bonus for experience in content creation & social content design.
• Autonomous with strong prioritization skills.
• Analytical with a track record of creative campaign execution.
• Comfortable working remotely and adept at driving results across teams.
• Innovative with a knack for transforming ideas into actionable marketing initiatives.
