Senior Product Analyst

We’re looking for a strong and independent Senior Product Analyst for the Prequel app to help us take analytics to the next level. Our team is a key partner for all product departments. We’re responsible for data-driven decision-making and strive for maximum efficiency and proactiveness.

Responsibilities

• Content analytics: Develop a system of clear and interpretable metrics to help teams evaluate their work and identify growth opportunities
• A/B testing optimization: Simplify the process of launching and analyzing tests while maintaining methodological rigor. You’ll train managers and colleagues, helping them dive deeper into the world of A/B testing
• Data monitoring: Set up automated data quality monitoring to detect and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Data architecture development: Build and improve our data marts so analysts and other teams can access the information they need faster and more efficiently
• Unified approach to predictive analytics: Analyze existing scripts, select the best approach, and help establish a unified methodology for predictive analytics
• Documentation systematization: Consolidate and organize scattered data labeling documentation into a single Git-based system
• Growth opportunities: Proactively identify new hypotheses and product growth opportunities without waiting for team requests

What we expect from the candidate:

• 3+ years in product/business analytics
• Strong SQL (window functions, query optimization)
• Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn)
• Experience with mobile apps, subscription model will be a plus
• Experience in defining metrics for product features
• Deep understanding of A/B testing
• BI tools proficiency (we use Tableau)
• Experience with data labeling
• Ability to design data marts for business needs
• Proactive mindset for identifying growth opportunities in product metrics
• Proven track record of completed large-scale analytical projects

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ML
• Experience with ClickHouse
• Experience with Git
• Background in content-based products
