Online Compliance Specialist with German

What you will do

• Review content and legal requests (e.g. privacy, defamation, fraud, IP claims) based on specific client policies.
• Determine if requests are valid and fall within project scope.
• Ensure timely and high-quality evaluations.
• Stay updated on internal guidelines and digital law practices.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Communication: Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication
• Knowledge: understand basic performance metrics used in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments such as quality scores, productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, and a strong team player
• Learning Ability: Quick to pick up new processes and tools

• Decision-Making: Able to make sound judgments based on guidelines
