About the position

We’re currently looking for a CRM Marketing analyst, a hands-on professional who can elevate customer engagement and campaign performance. You’ll design and execute targeted promo campaigns, analyze customer data to refine segmentation and optimize the user journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct A/B testing  to evaluate the impact of changes;
  • Build and materialize views for  dashboards;
  • Create and maintain dashboards  and reports;
  • Analyze and optimize the  customer journey to identify improvement points at all stages of the  customer experience;
  • Generate forecasts based on  analytical data and provide recommendations to the marketing and  sales teams;
  • Conduct data quality control  and audit data sources regularly to ensure data integrity and  accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing + CRM analyst role;
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and  experience with BigQuery;
  • Experience in data  visualization using Tableau and Looker to create insightful  dashboards and reports;
  • Proficiency with analytics  tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adjust;
  • Skills in interacting with CRM  data, including managing email and SMS campaigns, and analyzing  Call-tracking data;
  • Experience with ad platforms;
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Reporting modules; Salesforce and MS Dynamics are preferable)
  • Experience working with cloud  databases that charge based on data volume activated by queries;
  • Optional: Experience in  automating data transformation processes using Dataform;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of  English.

  • Long-term contract with QIC with a 3-months probation period
  • We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 20+ different countries
  • Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
  • Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
  • Your salary will be subject to review as part of the company’s regular Performance review process
  • Future relocation to Qatar: we provide full support with obtaining your Qatar ID (QID), relocation assistance, and flexibility for hybrid work from our Doha headquarters to ensure a smooth transition
