Prodly DevOps, the company’s flagship product for reference data and metadata management, is designed by Salesforce experts for Salesforce end-users and system integration (SI) partners to enable four-click deployment between Salesforce orgs.
We are looking for an emerging part-time Junior UX Designer who focuses not only on aesthetics but the entire user journey, for someone who thinks UX more than UI.
What you will do:
- Find creative approaches to solving problems
- Consider what’s technically feasible
- Provide solid reasoning for design decisions
- Work with the Product Manager and Engineers to take written requirements, user flows or wireframes to the drawing board by creating a solid, simple and easy-to-use UX.
- Create designs for product marketing.
- Assistance in identifying and solving UX problems using customer feedback and analytics.
What you will bring:
- 1+ years of UX design experience
- Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Xd, Sketch, or similar software (we use Figma)
- Fluent in or a good level of English
- No need for a fleshed-out portfolio (but it is good if you have one), we want to see one of your projects that demonstrates how a design solution solves a problem
Job conditions:
- Part-time remote work within Prodly’s digital setup, software, and tools.
- Approximately 20 hours per week, ~ 1000 EUR per month.
- Working days Monday-Friday, the optimal hours would be 14:00 - 18:00 or 15:00 - 19:00 or 16:00 - 20:00 (Cyprus time).
