What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designer and product analyst
- Manage your team's roadmap to align with Wheely’s mission
- Own your team’s products (existing and new) across from idea, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance: Analyse customer issues and identify product opportunities to reduce the need to contact Customer Service
- Support the implementation of AI-driven automation in chauffeur contacts
- Work on internal tools that increase the speed and consistency of contact resolution
- Find product solutions that help Customer Service agents deliver a more personal experience
Requirements
- STEM degree from a top university
- 6-12 months of relevant internship or working experience in a hi-growth environment (tech, top-tier consulting company, top-tier investment bank or VC)
- A passion for great UX/UI
- Outstanding written communication
- Highly analytical
