Junior Legal Counsel

BrainRocket is growing tremendously, and we continue to conquer new countries! We're looking for a skilled people to join our legal team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents and agreements mainly commercial agreements (Marketing/ License Agreements),and corporate agreements (Share Purchasing agreements/NDA/Service Agreements/Loan Agreements);
  • Advising the Company on employment matters, including terminations, protection of salary, working hours and and employee/contractor status;
  • Conducting legal research on various topics and liaise with outsourced providers and/or associates in order to acquire relevant information;
  • Familiar with Cyprus company law and basic corporate procedures.
  • Being able to incorporate or advice in incorporation of a Cypriot company under Cyprus Company House;
  • Ability to review and advise on data protection/privacy agreements.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Law degree, preferable from a common law jurisdiction;
  • Minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience, with relevant experience in Cyprus corporate and employment/labour law;
  • Familiar with Cyprus corporate and contract legislation;
  • Excellent command of English and Greek both written and verbal;
  • Outstanding organisational and team working skills;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage several activities simultaneously;
  • High sense of professionalism
