Junior Accountant

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Tasks:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records;
• Handle monthly accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance;
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT reports in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Assist in preparing and filing provisional tax returns and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Solid accounting knowledge, including a strong understanding of debits and credits;
• Basic familiarity with tax and VAT concepts;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a junior accountant or accountant;
• Degree in accounting or a related field;
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level);
• Effective reporting and collaboration skills.
