Influencer Marketing Manager

More about the tasks:

• Develop brand partnership and influencer strategy and identify key success metrics contributing to brand and marketing goals;
• Create an influencers and partners network for attracting more customers to the platform;
• Leverage industry and historical benchmarks to measure success, share both qualitative and quantitative insights, and develop action plans to optimize content performance and future campaigns;
• Own relationships with signed influencers to ensure all contractual obligations;
• Cultivate strong relationships with platforms (Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,  LTK, etc.), gaining access to emerging features and technologies;
• Cooperate with internal SMM and UAM teams for better-integrated marketing campaigns;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, gaming community, and key influencers to make internal recommendations on strategic decisions;
• Generate and test integration scenarios to attract new customers.
  

We are looking for you if you have:

• 3+ plus years of experience in influencer marketing/programs focusing on video/content influencers (YouTube, Twitch, etc);
• A natural relationship builder, coming with a network, if not, keen to create oneUnderstands cost requirements to build efficient influencer campaigns and brand partnerships;
• Ability to negotiate costs and get fair rates;
• Outstanding project management skills, sense of ownership, and creativity;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
• Professional or passionate gamer – must.
