Traffic arbitrage is our core business.
We are looking for an HR specialist with hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage recruitment (media buyers, affiliate roles) who will also support IT hiring as a secondary direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closing vacancies in traffic arbitrage: media buyers, affiliate managers, team leads, traders, and senior roles.
- Recruiting IT specialists (analytics, PMs, Big Data / AI, software engineers) to support arbitrage and product teams.
- Working with Russian-speaking candidates abroad and building efficient, scalable hiring processes.
Requirements (important):
- Proven hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage recruitment is mandatory (media buyers / affiliate roles).
- Experience in IT recruitment is a plus, but not a substitute for arbitrage domain knowledge.
- Strong sourcing skills, ability to assess candidates’ real expertise, and present opportunities convincingly.
- Independence, clear prioritization, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
- Candidates with only IT or corporate HR experience and no arbitrage background will not be considered.
