What you will do
- Run campaigns: Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Fuel content-led growth: Drive traffic and submissions for ebooks, reports, and webinars, turning gated content into SQLs.
- Build full-funnel journeys: Connect ads, organic social, landing pages, and email sequences into cohesive conversions.
- Experiment and learn: Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnels — and document insights for the team.
- Measure results: Track demo conversions, pipeline impact, and ROI using HubSpot and product analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, content, and sales to keep campaigns on-brand and ICP-aligned.
Who you are
- You have 2-4 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS, with experience managing $10K+/month budgets
- You’re hands-on with multiple channels (paid ads, organic social, influencer/partner campaigns, email, content promotion)
- You’re familiar with B2B SaaS funnels and attribution across long cycles and multiple touchpoints
- You bring strong analytical skills: confident with Meta Ads and Google Ads, plus key KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and ROI
- You’re comfortable with HubSpot and GA4 (extra points if you know attribution hacks or love dashboards)
- You’re proactive and curious — you bring new ideas, test them, and share learnings
- You possess strong written and spoken English
