What you will do:

Work with outgoing email and sms sales;
Create Sale patterns to lead customers to their purchase;
Create new channels and opportunities to communicate with clients;
Directly offer return customers weakly featured services;
Test new sales channels;
Communicate with other teams on the client's requests and needs;
Be creative and inspired about sales;
Connect with clients, offering a personal case-by-case approach;
Stimulate impulsive purchases, backing them up with your high-level expertise and knowledge of in-game content;
Improve your communication, persuasion, and sales skills.

Required skills:

Advanced or Proficiency English;
Playing and knowing the content of at least two games from the following list: World of Warcraft; Destiny 2; Call of Duty; Division 2; Escape from Tarkov; The Elder Scrolls Online;
Email marketing experience ;
Sales background and knowledge of sales techniques will be an advantage.
