We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager with expertise in B2B marketing to lead our outreach campaigns and enhance our brand awareness globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmatic, OLV (Online Video) advertising, native advertising tools like Taboola, DV360, ย Digital Outdoor campaigns experience will be a huge plus.
Experience with Performance campaigns targeting the Bottom of the Funnel will be considered an advantage!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize global outreach campaigns across multiple digital media channels (Programmatic, Digital Outdoor, OLV, Native).
- Manage and optimize budgets for large-scale campaigns, ensuring cost-effective reach and high-quality performance.
- Collaborate with the Paid Search, Paid Social, and creative teams to align strategies and enhance the impact of advertising efforts.
- Leverage Google DV360 for programmatic banner ads, YouTube video campaigns, and other innovative advertising technologies (DMPs, DSPs, ad exchanges).
- Utilize native advertising platforms like Taboola to expand reach and increase engagement.
- Measure and optimize using KPI-based metrics, including Reach Frequency Index, Impressions Weighted by Frequency, CPM, and other standard advertising metrics.
- Implement brand lift strategies to drive brand recognition and awareness globally.
- Evaluate and analyze campaign performance, driving continuous improvements and reporting on key metrics.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in advertising, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques to optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse data and build reports;
- Support new product launches with effective advertising strategies;
- Collaborate with the Paid Search and Paid Social managers to develop and refine advertising campaigns;
- Define campaign budgets, align campaign goals, and ensure adherence to performance principles;
- Initiate and manage global advertising campaigns, reaching audiences worldwide;
- Work alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, SMM specialists, content and product marketers, events team and design team.
About You:
- At least 5 years of experience as a PPะก specialist;
- Proven track record in media buying with a focus on B2B brand awareness campaigns.
- Expertise in programmatic advertising, ideally also Google DV360 and native advertising tools like Taboola.
- Experience in OLV (online video);
- Experience with Digital Outdoor advertising campaigns will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics like Reach Frequency Index, Impressions Weighted by Frequency, CPM, and other KPI-driven metrics.
- Ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets effectively.
- Experience in global marketing with an understanding of different regional trends and nuances (UK, EU, APAC, and MENA).
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
