What will you do?
- Calculate key marketing and omni-channel client metrics, develop reports and visuals on client behavior;
- Use various data (reports, client interview etc.) to identify approach to client acquisition and retention;
- End-to-end design and conduct A/B tests and define marketing mechanics effectiveness;
- Perform client analytics – cohort analysis, customer segmentation, customer journey analysis;
- Configure logging, monitoring data sources and data quality;
Our requirements?
- You have Excel superpower, know how to process big datasets and visualize results;
- Have a degree (or studying) in technical/economical education, excellent math knowledge;
- Have experience in visualizing data, building dashboards (in Excel/Python/Tableau);
- Knowledge of key client metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV etc.), understand how to calculate and analyze;
- Advanced in English or Russian
Will be an advantage:
- Advanced level in SQL and Python (for data processing);
- Experience in e-commerce or client/marketing analytics (key techniques, metrics);
- Advanced in math statistics, end-to-end A/B testing (testing in offline, on low traffic etc.);
- Knowledge of big data processing tools (Power Query, Tableau, Oracle, cloud services);
