Business Analyst Intern

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time (8 hours) Business Analyst Intern for our Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work®.

As an Intern, you’ll join our team of Business Analysts to learn about the industry, understand key products and services, and get hands-on experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting projects from week one, as well as get the opportunity to stay on full-time!

Responsibilities:

• Help gather and document business needs by attending meetings
• Research competitors and market trends to find useful insights
• Assist in identifying business needs and turning them into simple technical instructions
• Help write clear project documents like requirement summaries
• Support communication between business and tech teams
• Assist with project tasks like setting meetings, tracking progress, and testing solutions
• Collect user feedback after projects and help suggest improvements

Candidate profile:

• A recent graduate from a reputable university in Cyprus (Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields)
• Excellent command of the English language  – both written and spoken
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Curiosity and research skills
• A genuine interest in the fintech industry and how it works
