Our 2026 strategy is to deliver vibrant, memorable marketing and a recognizable brand. To achieve this, we are seeking a brand marketer with an analytical mindset who will implement the strategy in conjunction with our content marketing organization (CMO) to strengthen the Rem.House brand's positioning in the architecture, renovation, and construction niche.

You will be responsible for:

1. Implementation of the Rem.House marketing strategy with a focus on measurable business results. As part of this strategy, manage the following channels:

  • Social media and content marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, Threads) – with a SMM manager
  • SEO and organic traffic
  • Performance ads (contextual and targeted advertising) – with a performance manager
  • Email marketing (set up from scratch)
  • Messenger marketing (create bots and content funnels)
  • PR and media management
  • Reputation management and review sites
  • Influencers and opinion leaders
  • Collaborations and partnership projects
  • Partnerships with developers and builders
  • Offline events and exhibitions
  • Merchant and branded printed materials
  • Presentations, case studies, and other supporting materials

2. Test hypotheses and substantiate them Select, measure results, and scale successful solutions

3. Manage the marketing team and contractors

4. Build and optimize marketing processes

5. Ensure consistent quality and consistency of communications across all channels

6. In collaboration with the brand designer, oversee the visual style, tone of voice, and quality of all marketing materials

7. Monitor trends in marketing, design, and communications and adapt them to the brand

8. Package the case after each completed project

9. Work with texts: structure, meaning, logic, quality of presentation

10. Manage the website as a product, be responsible for its content, relevance, and SEO

11. Build and develop end-to-end marketing analytics (Excel / BI tools)

12. Analyze the funnel, sources, and quality of applications

13. Responsible for CJM (online and offline customer journey), brand touchpoints, and optimize the customer journey from application to transaction

14. In collaboration with the performance manager Develop a contextual and targeted advertising strategy and manage results

15. Work with the SMM manager to develop social media and content marketing

16. Ensure news coverage in the media, manage reputation and presence on review sites

17. Organize influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations

18. Develop an email and messenger marketing strategy

19. Create content funnels, bots, and warm-up scenarios

20. Organize participation in exhibitions and industry events, prepare offline activations and brand zones, and develop partnerships with developers and builders

21. Work with the brand designer to create merchandise and printed materials

22. Independently compile marketing presentations, materials, and concepts in Figma

23. Analyze competitors and data, identify patterns and growth points

What we offer:

  • Remote work is possible during the probationary period (for 3 months)
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, primarily in the JVC Dubai office (we are prepared to switch to a hybrid work schedule after the probationary period)
