Right now, we’re looking for a strong and independent Worldwide Recruiter to join our team.

What’s on our plate right now:

Senior PHP Developer, Senior Solidity Developer, Head of Retention, CMO, Head of Affiliates, User Acquisition Specialist, Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager, Marketing Manager (Crypto), BizDev, Payment Manager — and more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing to onboarding;
  • Maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline in Huntflow;
  • Sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback collection and sync;
  • Regular communication with hiring managers, including interview process support;
  • Analyzing the hiring funnel, identifying bottlenecks, preparing reports and insights;
  • Building hypotheses, testing new sourcing strategies, evaluating channel performance;
  • Keeping the knowledge base updated (Notion);
  • Contributing to HR brand development, quality of candidate evaluation and adaptation process.

We want you on our team if:

  • You have full-cycle international recruiting experience in Web3/ IT/ Crypto/ Digital;
  • You’re a native or fluent Russian speaker, and your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • You’ve successfully filled Senior/ Lead/ C-level roles;
  • Understanding of iGaming/ Marketing/ Sales/ Blockchain/ Family office industries is a big plus;
  • You work with data and analytics, and make decisions based on numbers;
  • You value deep assessment of candidate motivation and know how to match the right person to the right role;
  • You know how to build trust and strong working relationships with clients;
  • Experience in startups or agencies is a plus;
  • Independence, responsibility, initiative — these aren’t just buzzwords for you.
