What you’ll be doing:
- Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing to onboarding;
- Maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline in Huntflow;
- Sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback collection and sync;
- Regular communication with hiring managers, including interview process support;
- Analyzing the hiring funnel, identifying bottlenecks, preparing reports and insights;
- Building hypotheses, testing new sourcing strategies, evaluating channel performance;
- Keeping the knowledge base updated (Notion);
- Contributing to HR brand development, quality of candidate evaluation and adaptation process.
We want you on our team if:
- You have full-cycle international recruiting experience in Web3/ IT/ Crypto/ Digital;
- You’re a native or fluent Russian speaker, and your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- You’ve successfully filled Senior/ Lead/ C-level roles;
- Understanding of iGaming/ Marketing/ Sales/ Blockchain/ Family office industries is a big plus;
- You work with data and analytics, and make decisions based on numbers;
- You value deep assessment of candidate motivation and know how to match the right person to the right role;
- You know how to build trust and strong working relationships with clients;
- Experience in startups or agencies is a plus;
