As a Front-End Web Developer at AnyRoad, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital presence and user engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of AnyRoad by developing a robust, user-friendly web interface that not only attracts but retains our audience. You'll be at the forefront of creating a seamless digital experience that reflects the innovative spirit of our company.
You will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and can work remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Webflow Mastery: Act as our in-house expert, leading significant enhancements to the architecture and scalability of our corporate site. Must be Webflow certified and familiar with Finsweet Client-First to streamline our web development process.
- Design and Development: Take charge of the structure and design of responsive web pages and landing pages, ensuring a blend of functionality and aesthetics.
- Programming and Maintenance: Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other languages to continually develop and refine user interfaces across devices.
- UX/UI Focus: Proactively recommend improvements in UX/UI, maintaining brand consistency and enhancing user interaction.
- Website Management: Oversee website performance, including uptime, backups, and security update, in collaboration with our hosting agency.
- SEO and Optimization: Apply deep knowledge of SEO principles in building and troubleshooting, optimizing websites for performance and compliance.
- Data-Driven Enhancements: Experience with A/B testing, ABM web personalization, and heatmapping tools like Hotjar is desirable, though not required. This will be instrumental in refining web strategies based on user interaction data.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years in a front-end web development role, with proven expertise in Webflow (certification required) and familiarity with Finsweet Client-First approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in PHP, React, GIT, RESTful API integration, and node.js build tools. Proficiency with Google's ecosystem (GA4, Tag Manager, Optimize).
- Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc., and a solid understanding of design and layout principles.
