UX/UI Guru

Join the cutting-edge team at OUTSIDE DIGITAL, where innovation and design meet to create captivating digital solutions. As a UX/UI Figma Expert, you’ll be instrumental in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for a range of projects, from e-commerce platforms to B2B applications.

This role, open to remote or hybrid working arrangements, is ideal for those who excel in creating user-centric designs. You'll leverage your Figma expertise to develop engaging, functional designs, working on large-scale projects and seamlessly integrating with existing design systems. We're looking for someone within 5 hours of the PST time zone to ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of real-world experience in UX/UI design
• A robust portfolio showcasing your skills and versatility
• Proficiency in usability principles
• Proven experience with e-commerce projects, dashboards, and B2B applications
• Mastery of Figma, including working with large projects (300+ layouts) and existing design systems
• Strong grasp of mobile and responsive design principles
• Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English

Application process:

• You will have to complete a small UX/UI design test assignment to demonstrate your expertise.
• Record and submit a video (preferably with the camera on) showcasing your work on the test assignment.

Location:

We're looking for candidates located anywhere within 5 hours of the PST time zone to facilitate effective teamwork and communication.
