Technical Lead

We are now expanding and looking for a skilled and Technical Lead to head our NLP platform and custom solution backend teams.

Our stack

• Python 3.12 and Go as our core languages - Python for rapid development, Go for performance-critical services and internal tools.
• Cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes orchestration with Helm, multi-cloud deployment across AWS.
• GCP, and AzuregRPC, REST APIs, WebSockets and Kafka for service communication.
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD, Docker for containerization, with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry for observability.
• PostgreSQL, ClickHouse for analytics, and specialized vector databases for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the AI Collection Platform (telephony, dialer, dialog engine, API integrations).
• Lead the engineering team; set up CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps best practices.
• Build infrastructure: cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, monitoring, and high availability.
• Implement call strategies and automation: schedulers, LLM guardrails, analytics.
• Ensure product compliance with GDPR, AI Act, FDCPA, and other regional regulations.
• Define and track key performance metrics for system reliability and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years, with at least 5 years in a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or equivalent role.
• Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, API gateways, and real-time processing at scale.
• Expert in Python (type systems, modern ecosystem).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience with low-latency optimization, streaming architectures, message queues, and distributed tracing.
• Ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs, make informed decisions, and communicate them clearly.
• Excellent technical communication, mentoring skills, and the ability to facilitate productive team discussions.
• Domain experience (preferred): FinTech, Telecom, Collections, or other high-load B2C systems.
