About your role and the team:We're looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our Integrations Team within the Engagement product. In this role, you'll contribute to building and maintaining the integration solutions that connect our systems with external applications. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams, learning and growing your skills. Our team manages the releases, deployments, and monitoring of our production services, and you'll play a part in ensuring they run smoothly and addressing issues as they arise.

We are happy to meet you in Brno & Prague (Czechia) or Bratislava (Slovakia), where our headquarters is located or or you can work from home from Central and East Europe on a full time basis. Your salary starts from 3000 EUR gross/month based on your seniority level (this is applicable only for Slovakia) and and you’ll also receive restricted stock units and other benefits.

About the candidate:

Must have

• Practical experience developing and maintaining solutions using Python or Go.
• Understanding software development basics like Git version control, CI, and testing.
• Focus on the quality, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively, independently, and in a product team setting, be reliable, and communicate clearly.
• A “can-do” attitude.

Should have

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Docker.
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles to implement, deploy, oversee, and run integration solutions.
• Experience working with other teams to gather info and help make sure projects go smoothly.
• Willingness to help the team improve by sharing ideas and suggestions.

Nice to have

• Been involved with creating and maintaining APIs and other integration components.
• Contributed to system design in the past.
• Experience with product development.
• Knowledge of Front-end technologies like Angular (or with a similar component-based framework).
