We are PER:FORM, a global communications agency founded by ex-Microsoft employees. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle social media accounts for our clients from the IT-industry.
Weβre looking for someone passionate about social media, who understands how to effectively manage and grow both business, brand and personal accounts. Ideally, your interests align closely with IT, technology, startups, innovation, digital products, cybersecurity, and AI.
Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms LinkedIn and Π₯ (writing texts, selecting images and videos)
- Posting content, responding to comments, managing external communication (engaging with external accounts)
- Assigning tasks to designers and the video production team
- Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Communicating with clients during content preparation
- Organizing collaborations, contests, and promotions on social media
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of modern social media platforms, formats, and trends (especially X and LinkedIn)
- Ability to create engaging, tailored content for different platforms
- Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience
- Experience in B2B content creation and managing personal brand accounts, interest in or experience in IT, tech, AI, and ML is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (content creation and subscriber communication for certain clients)
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and modern content creation software
