SMM Manager / UGC & Content Factory Producer

MICI is a European premium sneaker brand focused on the European market. Concept: “Quiet outside. Iconic inside.”

Minimalism on the outside, a bold “secret” within. We are looking for an autonomous SMM manager who will build and run a continuous content production system for social media and advertising. Filming and core content are created by UGC creators, while you manage the system, quality, and results.

Role Objective

Ensure content is published regularly, quickly, and in a unified style, tested against metrics, and consistently driving sales.

Responsibilities

1) Strategy & System

  • Conduct an audit of MICI content and competitors: visuals, storytelling, formats, posting rhythm, integrations.
  • Develop a content strategy: content pillars, tone of voice, visual formats, posting frequency (Instagram + TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
  • Maintain a consistent premium style: covers, grid, stories, copy, templates without “cheap” solutions.

2) Content Pipeline

  • Organize content planning: calendar, briefs, deadlines, quality control.
  • Prepare briefs and toolkits for team/contractors (editor, designer, UGC creators): video structure, editing, subtitles, graphics, references.
  • Review incoming content, provide feedback, and finalize it to a ready-to-publish level.

3) UGC Management

  • Source/select UGC creators when needed and manage collaboration: briefs, scripts, communication, supervision, approvals.
  • Manage rights and permissions for using content in ads and organic channels.

4) Advertising & Growth

  • Select top-performing creatives for ads (Meta/TikTok Ads): hooks, formats, A/B test variations.
  • Plan content around key moments: drops, collections, integrations, holidays, collaborations, promotions.
  • Track short-form metrics and improve content based on performance (retention, CTR, engagement, conversions).

5) Copywriting

  • Write or edit captions and story texts aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

6) Managing a Personal Instagram Channel

  • Run a personal Instagram channel as an extension of the MICI brand story: short-form, stories, behind-the-scenes notes, testing new ideas.
  • Publish regularly within the brand’s unified aesthetic (premium, minimal outside, “iconic inside” within).
  • Managing a personal Instagram does not require influencer-level presence; consistency, taste, and the ability to create selling short-form content are key.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a content-factory setup or consistent short-form production.
  • Understanding of short-form mechanics: 1–2 second hook, retention, video structure, basic metrics.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows (faster production, creative variations, subtitles, b-roll generation, packaging).
  • Strong visual taste and fashion/premium awareness: minimalism, typography, spacing, clean visual discipline.
  • Structured mindset, responsibility, clear communication without drama.
  • English proficiency for communication with international UGC creators.
