We are looking for SMM-manager with fluent English and expertise in international social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Сreating content for LinkedIn and X (ex Twitter);
- Launching advertising campaigns on LinkedIn (targeting);
- Сreating Social Media Content Calendar;
- Developing Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals;
- Manage our owned social platforms on a daily basis;
- Provide stakeholders with strategic plans for organic and paid social media deployment;
- Measure and report performance against goals and objectives, and collaborate with analytics resources to interpret data into actionable insights;
- Grow and scale our audiences, and communities with both organic and paid tools;
- Creating technical tasks for visuals in collaboration with a designer;
- Сross-functional collaboration with Marketing Team Lead, Designers, Sale Manager;
- Set Up KPIs and achieve them.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in the tech industry;
- Deep understanding and experience in social channel management and community building. Need to have a deep and wide knowledge of each social media channel (eg; features, content formats, insights, data, etc.);
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience in creating advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, being able to show results;
- Experience in working across social platforms such as LinkedIn, and X (ex Twitter), and has a keen interest in online trends and ability to detect and avoid risks in social media;
- Has a proven track record of building high-quality social and A/V content and social formats/campaigns;
- Navigate Pop Culture and have good intuition about what gets shared and talked about;
- English level C1.
