Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure roles (C++, Network, SRE, Low-Latency, etc.), from intake and sourcing to offer management and closing.
- Design and continuously improve scalable hiring processes, including scorecards, interview frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent globally using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, market mapping, direct outreach).
- Act as a strategic partner to engineering and trading leadership, advising on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent availability.
- Manage and optimize candidate experience across all stages of the hiring pipeline, ensuring a high-quality and consistent process.
- Analyze hiring metrics and pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and support business growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on infrastructure roles (C++, SRE, Networking, Low-Latency, or similar) including at least 2 years of in-house recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and close highly competitive, senior-level technical candidates in niche and high-bar markets.
- Strong understanding of technical profiles and hiring needs within high-performance, engineering-driven environments.
- Experience building and improving recruitment processes, including interview structures, scorecards, and hiring metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership skills, with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and leadership.
