CoinsPaid is looking for a Senior System Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the back office infrastructure and other important operations in the corporate environment. This person will be one of the contact persons for interaction with the production departments and end employees of the company, will be responsible for the integration, configuration, support and maintenance of various external and internal products. This person will also mentor and train fellow team members as well as our employees on the use of internal and external services.
Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge and work experience in administering google(g-suit) workspace (Email, DNS, Black lists, backup & etc google services)
- Task automation, good knowledge of programming languages: bash, PowerShell, python & etc
- Strong expertise and work experience in monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry)
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Linux and Windows server administration
- Excellent experience in administering users OS: MacOS, Linux, Windows 10-11
- Power user understanding of working principles of Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, etc
- Good practical administrator experience in AWS services
- Knowledge of network technologies, protocol stack TCP/IP (NAT, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall), principles of addressing, packet routing in networks
Job responsibilities:
- Design \ implementation \ administrating \ using:
a) Google Workplace;
b) AWS services for back office activities;
c) Backup & DRP for all back office environment;
d) MDM system for: MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux.
e) Monitoring system & alerting system;
f) Password manager system
- Administration of server OS: Linux, windows
- Automation of work (Develop custom scripts, bash, PowerShell, python, etc)
- Preparation of instructions and documentation for team and company employees
- Transferring knowledge, mentoring and coaching team members and our employees
- Problem-solving & incident investigation
- Administrating \ using, of many different external saas services
