Senior SMM Manager

We are looking for an experienced  Senior SMM Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a content plan and rubricator for social networks (Telegram, Instagram, VK, YouTube).
• Conduct competitor analysis, gather data, and develop promotion strategies.
• Manage social media platforms (Telegram, Instagram, VK, YouTube): publish posts, sustain and increase subscriber activity, foster engagement growth.
• Work with graphic and video editors (Photoshop, Figma, Inshot).
• Write posts customised to suit the unique features of each social media platform.
• Foster audience engagement and organise giveaways, contests, and games.
• Manage the budget for promotion on each social network.
• Provide regular reports on completed tasks, statistics, and budget status.
• Generate new ideas, follow trends, and introduce new content categories.
• Formulate technical specifications for the design department.
• Plan, arrange, and execute extensive campaigns on social media.
• Respond promptly to subscriber inquiries and comments, effectively handling negative situations.
• Analyse traffic and audience.
• Uphold and monitor the company's reputation across social networks.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an SMM Manager.
• Portfolio of case studies with examples of previous projects.
• Experience handling substantial budgets.
• Solid understanding and proficiency in working with social media statistics.
• Excellent knowledge of the specifics, algorithms, and tools of each social media platform (Telegram, Instagram, VK, YouTube).
• Strong command of the Russian language with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage time efficiently.
• Capable of working independently to achieve set objectives.
