Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.We are launching a product in the live chat, communications, and customer analytics segment (chats, CRM integrations, customer support and acquisition systems). Our goal is to secure the first sales and build a sustainable go-to-market process. We are looking for a Sales/Business Development professional who understands the mechanics of B2B SaaS sales — from the first calls and emails to closing deals. The focus will be on working with small and medium-sized businesses as well as digital agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the product launch from day one with the opportunity to influence the sales strategy.
  • Driving first sales: from lead generation and qualification to demos and contract signing.
  • Developing and testing go-to-market hypotheses.
  • Creating and refining communication scripts with clients (chat, calls, emails).
  • Collecting feedback from early customers and translating it into product requirements for the team.
  • Building a knowledge base about the market: competitive advantages, effective channels, client reactions.
  • Developing a “quick win” pipeline to deliver first results within 1–2 months.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS communications product logic: from chats and CRM to email marketing and integrations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in independently closing B2B deals.
  • Knowledge of motivation systems and KPIs used in sales teams at competitors (and the ability to apply them in practice).
  • Confident English for working with international clients will be an advantage.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building a sales department from scratch.
  • Experience with lead generation channels: paid ads, partnerships, SaaS marketplaces.
  • Personal network in digital agencies, e-commerce, and among CRM integrators.
  • Understanding of SaaS unit economics. Experience working in both B2B and B2B2C models.
