Weβre looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our growing revenue organization. In this role you will play a key role in the sales process.
The HumanSignal platform is a highly technical product used by Data Scientists and Machine Learning engineers to be successful in this role you will need to understand the importance of Data Labeling and its role in ML models & GenAI products.
Our sales process is highly consultative and is a team sport. You will be a strategic advisor working closely with Account Executives, Account Development, and other stakeholders to successfully close deals. The core function of this role will be to craft and deliver compelling and value oriented demos as well as Proof of Concepts that help our potential customers understand the value of HumanSignal platform.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in a pre/post sales role as a sales engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect type of role
- You are very comfortable delivering highly technical content to executives and engineers
- You have an optimal mix of both business and technical acumen to craft an excellent value proposition to potential customers
- A solid understanding of how data labeling works and can effectively communicate those concepts to an audience
- Comfortable with GenAI concepts
- Has some familiarity with cloud technologies & on-premise deployments
- Previous experience in a Sales Engineering role for a highly technical SaaS product
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- An innate ability to engage audiences and predict their needs as well as the skills to handle any possible objections
- A creative side to help improve upon our documentation and marketing materials
- A willingness to travel to meet with GTM team members as well as potential customers
- You have a track record of proactively building process and systems that solve recurring problems
Within 1 month, you'll:
- Start by onboarding with a supportive team that will get you up to speed with HumanSignal platform
- Help create technical documentation, presentations, data sheets, and proposals as needed
- Attend Sales Calls, Demos, and customer calls to gain insight and knowledge about HumanSignal platform
Within 3 months, you'll:
- Have the ability to independently deliver demos, Proof of Concepts, and security reviews to potential customers
- Possess a deep technical understanding of HumanSignal platform so that you can be a trusted advisor to members of the revenue team when needed
Within 6 months, you'll:
- Partner w/ team of Account Executives to deliver revenue commitments to the business in the form of high conversion rates on Demo, PoCβs, and security reviews.
- Work with the HumanSignal Product & Engineering teams to identify and prioritize bugs + feature requests
- Continue to develop processes, documents, and tooling to improve the efficiency of Sales Engineering org
