We are looking for a Senior Python Developer , for a young but profitable AI-First startup. We are building a cutting-edge platform for automated content management in social networks, leveraging AI tools like IDE Cursor, PydanticAI, and Cline to enhance product capabilities.
Your main tasks will be:
- Design and develop a scalable backend platform for content management
- Build and optimize high-performance, fault-tolerant APIs
- Implement AI integrations to automate content creation and enhance platform features
- Identify system bottlenecks and optimize platform performance
- Maintain high code quality and ensure system reliability
- Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to drive new initiatives
- Mentor junior developers and propose architectural improvements
We expect from you:
- 4+ years of commercial Python development experience, strong expertise in Django
- Experience designing complex systems with architectural thinking
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, and Docker
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools for zero-downtime deployments
- Ability to independently make technical decisions and drive them within the team
- Technical stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, HTMX/TailwindCSS/Alpine.js/Next.js
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with strong systemic thinking and ownership over your work area
