Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a motivated Senior Backend Developer to take charge of our product’s architecture and drive the backend product development. You will play a key role in bringing cutting-edge technology to the market, fostering the evolution of fraud prevention and credit scoring markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Architecture: Design a scalable and secure product architecture. Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance performance and streamline operations.
• Product Development: Drive the backend product development. Ensure product aligns with business objectives and market demands.
• Research & Development (R&D): Lead R&D initiatives to explore innovative technologies and methods in fraud prevention and credit scoring, fostering creativity and cutting-edge solutions within the team.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards. Proactively mitigate risks and protect personal data.
• Integration: Integrate the software with external solutions (e.g., APIs, No Code platforms such as Bubble.io).
• Billing & Payment System: Create a client area for billing, invoicing, and payment using No Code solutions.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines from scratch using GitLab and AWS, ensuring smooth deployment and continuous integration.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python (with expertise in asyncio, FastAPI)
• 2+ years of experience with MongoDB, Redis/RabbitMQ
• 2+ years of with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes (deployment)
• Experience with No Code tools such as Bubble.io for client-facing solutions
• Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and external systems
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the fintech or fraud prevention industry
• Prior experience in a startup environment with market expansion goals
