Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop: user flows, hypothesis generation, prioritization, handoff to engineering, documentation, and iteration.
- Drive Onboarding, Monetization, and Retention flows — run tests relentlessly until the numbers move.
- Stay obsessively close to the industry: talk to users, follow what top consumer AI teams are doing, bring signal back to the team.
- Be the connector between CEO and engineering — translate vision into specs, specs into shipped features.
- Constantly generate and validate retention hypotheses. Then generate more.
Requirements
- Proven B2C product experience with real metrics to show for it.
- Strong product intuition — you love well-crafted, detail-obsessed products.
- Comfortable reading unit economics and making decisions from data.
- Technical background: you've shipped side projects, vibe-coded something, or can hold your own in an eng conversation.
- Strong at turning ideas into clean specs and aligning clearly with developers.
- Proven cases and measurable results.
