As a Senior Product manager, you will take a strategic role in defining and overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, market-leading products that align with business goals and user needs. This position offers a chance to influence the company's success through impactful product management.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
  • Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design
  • Experience in web3/crypto products is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Track record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain
  • Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution
  • Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies
  • Drive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
