We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across paid channels. You’ll run campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, test and scale new platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, optimize funnels, and build high-converting landing pages. You’ll also turn data into action with analytics and manage contractors to keep our growth fast, agile and effective.

What you will do
- Manage all paid channels (Meta, Google Ads) within agreed budgets — both hands-on and by supervising contractors.
- Test and scale new channels: TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize existing funnels and build new ones, launching creative marketing campaigns.
- Improve and create landing pages (develop offers, write briefs for designers and copywriters).
- Run marketing analytics: build dashboards, track performance, prepare reports.
- Plan future budgets and resource allocation.
- Manage contractors: select, onboard, oversee, and offboard when needed.
What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing (more is better).
- Hands-on expertise in Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads with budgets of $15K+/month.
- Confident user of Google Analytics 4, Hotjar (or alternatives), and Google Sheets.
- Experience with end-to-end analytics: dashboard design, traffic attribution, cohort analysis, technical specs for developers.
- Ability to brief and manage designers/copywriters, working with multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS funnels: Free Trial, Webinars, Lead Magnets, Product Landing Pages.
- Basic design and copywriting skills — e.g., creating a simple mockup in Figma or drafting landing page copy (with AI assistance if needed).
