Spain-Focused HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law; conduct internal HR documentation audits.
- Manage full-cycle HR operations for our Spanish team: contracts, promotions, vacations, maternity/paternity leave, dismissals (including complex cases), etc.
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers and ensure timely and accurate processes.
- Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.
Global People Operations Support
- Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.
- Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.
- Support global HR operations, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.
People Experience & Admin
- Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.
- Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.
