Senior People Business Partner

We are on the lookout for a talented People Business Partner who would join our People&Culture Squad to make a lasting positive impact on our imperative asset, our people, through culture setting.

What will you be doing?

  • Complete ownership of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, performance reviews, learning and development, compensation and benefits management, and individual coaching.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives, such as change management and process enhancement in the area of people management.
  • Building and leading effective teams, providing continuous feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  • Influencing and providing guidance to leadership and management, and actively participating in the development and mentorship of emerging leaders.
  • Maintaining a helicopter view of the organization to proactively influence and contribute to its overall success.
  • Understanding the business needs and being hands-on in addressing challenges to ensure an aligned People Business strategy.

To succeed in the role you have:

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR / People Business Partner/ Head of HR in high-volume, fast-paced, and feedback-driven environments, IT product/start-up companies
  • Have a proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with a result delivered
  • Are not afraid of challenges and have a proven track record at troubleshooting with senior leaders
  • Are capable of flying high and being a strategic player in one breath and flying low, diving deep into the context, implementing tactical solutions
  • Possess advanced written and spoken English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.

It would be beneficial to know:

  • Experience with the implementation of newly designed solutions
  • Hands-on experience in automating people-related processes with HRMs. We use Hibob!
  • Practicing OKR/Scrum methodology to achieve personal/team targets
