We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager who loves a good challenge and thrives in start-up environments. You are an experienced marketer with years of experience and a proven track record of implementing marketing strategies and tactics that result in net-new pipeline. You know the ins and outs of building a campaign, segmenting an audience, and Marketing Automation, CRM platforms and can easily diagnose and fix issues. You have a strong understanding of the sales funnel and enjoy building, executing, and optimizing lead generation and ABM strategies.
About You
- 5-7+ years Marketing experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred)
- As a Senior Marketing Manager, you are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand marketing and growth marketing
- You are adaptable, having worked in teams of various sizes and with different budgets, and you bring a wealth of knowledge and innovative approaches to BetterCloud
- Proven track record of successfully launching high impact integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to troubleshoot issues within the marketing technology stack and to thoroughly QA prior to launching campaigns
- CSS and HTML understanding as it relates to email design
- Understanding of Marketing Technology tools, integrations, and the flow of data between various systems
What You’ll Do
- Craft marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on demand generation and growth
- Implement marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they meet targets
- Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, optimizing process, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, continuously improve and pilot new approaches to creating, capturing and converting demand
- Design and execute effective email marketing strategies, utilizing marketing automation tools for efficiency and impact.
- Oversee the marketing operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Jointly own the Marketo Lead Database, focusing on data enrichment, completeness, and hygiene to ensure data is syncing correctly between platforms and email communications are inboxed
- Capture every marketing touchpoint for consistent multi-touch attribution and put attribution models in place to help achieve Pipeline, MQL, Lead, and various conversion goals
- Work closely with the full Go-To-Market teams to ensure cohesive strategies and execution across sales and marketing.
