Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational contracts.
- Advise business teams on legal risks and provide practical solutions.
- Manage corporate legal documents and compliance records.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
- Identify and calculate potential business risks.
- Oversee external counsel relationships.
- Collaborate with HR on employment contracts and related matters.
Requirements:
- Fluent/native English (C1 or C2) - must have.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.
- Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory expectations.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently.
- Experience advising business units and senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
