With growing cultural interest and policy shifts around psychedelics, we recognize that most experiences still happen outside clinics and therapists’ cabinets in social or home settings, creating a significant gap between promoted media narratives and reality. What you’ll own:
- Strategy & execution across paid media, affiliate, influencer, email/SMS, and new channels (TikTok, Reddit, etc)
- Full-funnel performance: from first click → to diagnostic tools → to daily engagement
- Creative & analytical testing: ROAS, LTV cohorts, incrementality? Your playground.
- Influence across the business: work closely with CPO, CMO, product & brand teams
Who we’re looking for:
- A hands-on growth strategist with proven experience in B2C (healthtech, wellness, DTC, or adjacent)
- Someone who’s scaled Meta/TikTok/Google campaigns + isn’t afraid to test weird ideas
- You’ve worked across multiple markets (UK/EU/US) and understand performance nuance
- Strong grasp of growth analytics & ability to prioritize high-leverage bets
