Our Frontend Ops team is responsible for build systems, code quality assurance, and improving the overall Developer Experience (DX) across our frontend infrastructure. We’re looking for an experienced engineer who will help us speed up builds, streamline workflows, and optimize tooling.
How You’ll Drive Success
- Improve the speed and developer experience of local builds
- Enhance the speed and efficiency of CI builds
- Optimize and refine CI/CD configurations
- Improve the internationalization (i18n) system and related workflows
What makes you the perfect fit
- 5+ years of experience in frontend or infrastructure engineeringStrong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript
- Proficiency with Node.js for tooling and scripting
- Solid understanding of Webpack and experience configuring complex build pipelines
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI and creating/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and best practices
- Experience working with version control systems, especially git
It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:
- Experience with Python for scripting or automation
- Deep understanding of pnpm and monorepo package management
- Knowledge of the npm package lifecycle and package publishing
- DevOps experience, especially related to frontend infrastructure
- Experience developing or customizing Webpack plugins
