Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the company, drive dashboard excellence, and shape how we use data tools like Power BI, Metabase and Databricks to empower decision-making at scale

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the creation of intuitive, impactful dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand complex problems and design effective data solutions, including defining and developing supporting data models and architecture
• Promote and drive a self-service data culture by building accessible tools, reusable data models, and enabling business users through training and support
• Work closely with data engineers to improve data flows and upgrade datasets for analytics and reporting use cases
• Explore, test, and recommend new visualization tools and BI best practices

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics, with a strong focus on dashboard design and stakeholder enablement
• Expert in modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase) and confident with large-scale data models
• Skilled in translating complex requirements into user-friendly data solutions
• Curious and proactive — excited to experiment with new tools and approaches
• Strong SQL skills (we use Databricks, BigQuery); Python for analysis or automation is a plus
• Languages: English (full working proficiency) – must
