What You’ll Do
- Scale our platform: make it rock-solid and lightning-fast as we grow.
- Clean up and level up architecture through automation, refactoring, and smart processes.
- Deliver features from both the product and tech backlogs.
- Partner with our ML engineers to boost the tracker, improve camera integrations, and sharpen on-field object detection.
- Collaborate with the annotation team to make data prep faster and cheaper.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Strong skills with Django, PostgreSQL, Celery.
- Comfortable working with AWS, GCP, or similar clouds.
- Experience with high-load systems and performance optimisation.
- Solid grasp of DevOps practices and automation tools.
Bonus Points
- Experience with ML or video tech (ffmpeg, compression, etc.).
- Familiar with MLOps, CUDA, and GPU.
- You watch football not just for fun but for the tactics.
- Strong technical background/ University degree (maths, physics, computer science, the real deal).
