Join our engineering team to design, build and maintain high-performance, memory-safe systems in Rust. You’ll shape our infrastructure, contribute to open-source, and drive technical decisions.
What You`ll Do:
- Architect, implement and optimize concurrent/parallel Rust applications
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex issues and improve existing codebases
- Drive system-level design discussions and tooling choices
What We`re Looking For:
- 5+ years software development, including 2+ years in Rust
- Deep understanding of ownership, borrowing and lifetimes
- Experience with async/await (Tokio), Serde, memory management and threading
- Familiarity with Git, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and TDD
Nice to Have:
- Blockchain or distributed-systems experience (gRPC, Kafka)
- Contributions to Rust open-source projects
- SQLx or other database integrations
- CI/CD and cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) knowledge
Technical Assessment:
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a technical assessment that may include:
- Rust coding challenges focusing on memory safety and performance
- System design questions related to concurrent programming
- Code review exercises
- Technical discussion about Rust ecosystem and best practices
