We are looking for a proactive Sales Lead who will take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation and closing deals with banks and fintech companies to manage the whole sales process with other sales managers. This role requires a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in institutional and corporate sales, who can both sell individually and create an effective sales process for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales with banks, fintech companies and financial institutions, leveraging existing networks and bringing new partnerships;
  • Manage and mentor 1-2 sales managers: set clear goals, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure results are achieved;
  • Build and continuously refine sales process end to end: lead generation, deal conversation, relationship management
  • Optimize CRM (Bitrix 24 preferably) for pipeline tracking and reporting;
  • Bring best practices in B2B sales, negotiations and strengthen Change Lab’s positioning in the market;
  • Actively participate in industry events, fintech conferences to expand visibility and create new partnerships;
  • Collaborate closely with Partnership Manager, Project team to ensure seamless execution of the deals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in institutional and corporate sales, business development, relationship management within banking or financial services;
  • Proven experience of closing deals with financial institutions and managing long sales cycles;
  • Existing network in the banking and fintech space (highly preferred);
  • Previous experience in managing sales team;
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills;
  • Fluent English, additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Bitrix 24 preferred), and sales analytics;
  • High level of ownership and drive to grow revenue in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
