We are looking for a driven Sales Development Manager (AI SaaS) to join our team remotely.
About Us: The Reflection is an AI-powered corporate learning platform headquartered in France. We help companies develop essential soft skills through role-playing simulations with AI. Our clients are corporate L&D teams and sales departments across Europe and the US.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Manage client relationships before and after signing contracts, ensuring adoption and expansion of the platform within client organizations.
Key competencies:
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with corporate clients (Europe and/or US markets preferred).
- Fluency in English for demos and negotiations (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.
