Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Rust Developer to help us expand the infrastructure onto Solana. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing performant, scalable on-chain programs and off-chain services. This is a high-impact role for someone excited about building core systems in the bleeding edge of crypto.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Solana programs using Rust and Anchor framework.
• Design and implement Solana-based data indexing solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver performant blockchain integrations.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance, safety, and reliability.
• Build and maintain off-chain Rust infrastructure to support Solana indexing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across the stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Rust in production systems.
• Hands-on Solana development experience, including Anchor and Solana Program Library.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, smart contract architecture, and security best practices.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and independently solving problems.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage, RPC interactions, and indexing infrastructure (e.g., The Graph or custom indexers).
• Experience with async programming and systems-level architecture.
